Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your session. 

Instalments must be up to date to acecss the continuing programme.
Payment is non-refundable (see Cancellation Policy below).

2. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or non-attendance (“no-shows”), will result in the full session fee being retained. 
holistically Balanced Blonde reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary; in this case, clients will be offered an alternative date/time.

3. No Refund Policy

Payments are strictly non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend your session, 
the cancellation policy (above) applies.

4. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, clients confirm that they have been honest and transparent about all relevant health information, including but not limited to:
   - Any physical or mental health conditions
   - Current medications
   - Known allergies or intolerances
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and suitability of the services provided. 
holistically Balanced Blonde cannot be held responsible for issues arising from omitted or inaccurate information.

5. Disclaimer

The services offered by Holistically Balanced Blonde are for nutrition and wellness purposes. Results are not guaranteed. Clients are advised to consult with a medical professional before changing any diagnosis, medications changes etc.
holistically Balanced Blonde accepts no liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from the application of advice or services provided.

6. Agreement

By booking and attending sessions, you confirm that you:
   - Understand and accept the above terms and conditions.
   - Consent to participate in services provided by Holistically Balanced Blonde under these terms.
